Cathlene Johnson is a General Manager with Smith & Thomas Funeral Homes, Inc. A licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, Cathlene is a September 2012 graduate of Worsham College of Mortuary Science in Wheeling, Illinois. Cathlene has worked with the family-owned and operated business since 2002. Prior to her entry into funeral service, she worked as a human resources management professional with Tribune Company and the American Bar Association. Cathlene holds memberships with Illinois Funeral Directors Association (IFDA) where she serves as a President-Elect, Illinois Selected Morticians Association (ISMA) where she serves as the chair of the Public Relations Committee, National Funeral Directors and Morticians Association (NFDMA), and National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA).
