We are pleased to announce that IFDA Leadership, alongside IFDA Legal Counsel Michael Sharkey, will be hosting a series of informational meetings across the state to discuss the requirements established by SB2643 – the Integrity in Death Care Act. IFDA Leadership has played a crucial role as a key stakeholder throughout the legislative process and continues to work with regulators as the rules are drafted.
These meetings are designed to ensure all members are well-informed and prepared to comply with this new legislation. Our goal is to provide opportunities for every member to attend a session nearby, regardless of your location.
