We are pleased to announce that IFDA Leadership, alongside IFDA Legal Counsel Michael Sharkey, will be hosting a series of informational meetings across the state to discuss the requirements established by SB2643 – the Integrity in Death Care Act. IFDA Leadership has played a crucial role as a key stakeholder throughout the legislative process and continues to work with regulators as the rules are drafted.
